Formation of Women's Football Program and crowned Victorian Women's League Division Three Champions in their first season.

Crowed Victorian Premier League Champions.
1993
Preston plays their last match in the NSL after 13 consecutive seasons.

Winner of the Dockerty Cup.
1991
Winner of the Victorian Gold Cup Night Series.
1985
Participated in the NSL Cup Final, Dockerty Cup Final and the NSL Southern Division Grand Final.
1982
The Preston Makedonia Social Club built and opened.
1981
Gained acceptance to the National Soccer League (NSL).
1980
Winner of the inaugural Victoria Cup post-season competition which comprised of the top Victorian teams from both the National Soccer League and Victorian State League.
1980
Crowned Victorian State League Champions for the first time in the club's history.
1978
Due to ever increasing crowd numbers and a growing juniors program, the need for much larger facilities became apparent and the club moved to its current home base at B.T. Connor Reserve in nearby Reservoir.
1975
Crowned Victorian Metropolitan League Division One Champions again, and promoted back to the Victorian State League.
1968
Demoted back to the Victorian Metropolitan League Division One.
1967
Promoted to the state's top competition, the Victorian State League for the first time in the club's history.
1966
Crowned Victorian Metropolitan League Division One Champions.
1963
Moved to Cochrane Reserve, Collier Street, Preston and adopted the name Preston Makedonia.
1959
The Makedonia Soccer Club, as it was originally known, became a registered member of the Victorian Amateur Soccer Football Association (VASFA), the forerunner to the Victorian Soccer Federation (VSF), and began playing in sanctioned competition.
1947
Established by the local Macedonian Community (Royal Park, Parkville) and played various friendly games against other community teams.
